1) Togli tutte le tue foto online dove appari triste . Sostituiscile con immagini che ti ritraggono ridere o sorridere (meglio se in compagnia)

2) Incomincia ad ascoltare sempre e solo musica allegra . Fuggi dai lamentosi e melanconici mugolii dei cantanti tristi. Scegli canzoni spensierate (fossero anche stupide)

3) Abbuffati letteralmente di film comici , telefilm e cartoni che fanno ridere vanno ugualmente bene.

4) Frequenta sempre e solo gente allegra e solare . Rifuggi i lamentosi e chi si piange sempre addosso.

5) Evita i discorsi pesanti e le inutili pippe mentali

6) Pensa a cose divertenti, storielle buffe, barzellette etc.

7) Sdrammatizza la vita , rendila pià ironica. Sii serio quando occorre e mai serioso. Sii dissacrante e godereccio.

8) Gioca, gioca, gioca ..gioca a quello che vuoi..ma coltiva la tua dimensione ludica.

Ecco fatto! Se seguite tutti i punti sopra elencati e siete ancora giù di corda, vuol dire che avete semplicemente saltato qualche punto.

A cosa serve quest'esercizio?
A due cose principalmente. A focalizzare ciò che si vuole realmente, giacchè una delle più grandi frustazioni degli uomini è nn sapere ciò che si desidera o peggio volere più cose in contraddizione tra loro.

Serve inoltre a comprendere come in realtà, siamo noi a decidere quando essere felici oppure no, quando attivarci per la realizzazione di un sogno e quando no.
Non dobbiamo demandare agli altri la realizzazione dei ns desideri giacchè dipendono solo da noi.

AUTOGUARIGIONE E FISICA QUANTISTICA

Io l'ho sempre saputo che il mondo fisico, visibile, sensibile non è così come appare.

Lo so da bambina.

L'ho scoperto una volta, tanti anni fa quando, rompendo un piccolo quadretto in casa, trovai un disegno più bello sotto la piccola immagine in cornice.

Per anni quel quadretto aveva conservato un'immagine nascosta più colorata, vivida e bella di quella visibile a tutti.

Con il tempo, con le letture, si è rafforzata in me l'idea che il mondo non fosse così come semplicemente appare e che c'era altro da scoprire.

Il regno delle idee platoniche, il principio di Uno di Democrito, la verità celata dietro il velo di Maya mi suggestionavano.

Poi, ancora più grande, la scoperta della fisica quantistica e gli esperimenti nella vita non hanno fatto che confermare la mia idea da bambina.

Da grande ho urlato "Eureka" e tutto (o quasi) ai miei occhi si è disvelato.

Ora mi curo così (dolori fisici e morali) nella consapevolezza di poter intervenire sulla realtà. Ora so di poter interagire con l'universo fisico e che la condizione naturale dell'uomo è nella sanità corporea e mentale.

Il malessere è una piccola distrazione, un inciampo, in me dura l'arco di 5 minuti, poi torno sana e tutto si rischiara. ;-)

SIMBIOSI

Ho sempre pensato che la canzone "Simbiosi" di Meg (ex vocalist dei 99 Posse) sia frutto di un'ispirazione post lettura di " The Secret " di Rhonda Byrne.

Chi ha letto il libro ed ascolta il testo, sa perfettamente a cosa mi riferisco. Ovvero a quel senso di potenza che lascia il volume dopo la sua lettura. Da notare anche che nella canzone si parla del genio della lampada , figura fantastica ampiamente citata in "The Secret" nonchè metafora di un universo buono e disposto ad esaudire tutti i nostri desideri. Nella canzone, come nel libro, si fa inoltre riferimento ad un nuovo modo di intendere la realtà come multipla e plasmabile, in linea con quanto affermano le recenti scoperte della fisica quantistica che vede l'universo come insieme di possibilità coesistenti.

RELIGIONE CATTOLICA AND HAPPINESS '

Qualche giorno fa, sono stata ospitata a Milano, a casa di amici di famiglia.

Ho visto tanta tristezza in quell'abitazione

Vi scrivo di una famiglia molto credente, composta da un uomo di circa 40 anni, divorziato e insegnante di religione nelle scuole elementari; da una donna, madre di quest'ultimo acciaccata da tanti e piccoli fastidi di salute; da un bimbo di 4 anni (rispettivamente figlio del primo e nipote della seconda) con lo sguardo spento.

In quella casa povera, non c'era un quadro allegro, un'immagine gaia. Tutto invitava alla mestizia, alla povertà ed alla rassegnazione.

Vi racconto di una famiglia, buona, pia e devota.

Una famiglia gentile e cortese, per la quale ho provato tanto dispiacere.

Mi domando come si fa ad essere fedeli ed infelici, praticanti e spenti.
